Cleaning Leather Seats

Hi all,

I'm looking at buying an RCZ... this is one of many questions...!

Quite a few cars I've looked at have the creme leather interior but most of them have damage / marks on the drivers right hand seat bolster. I guess it's just one of those things given the colour...?

My question is... can these marks be cleaned easily or is it something you can't deal with?

I hope I've made some form of sense!

I have light grey leather and my bolster is worn.
I plan on mixing up some leather paint, then sealing it to try and cover it as best I can.
It won't be 100% but hopefully better than it is now.

This is the wear on my seat.
Not horrific and only really noticeable due to the colour.
