The 1st letter changes each year mines OHZ 2012, PHZ is 2013 the HZ is the reg for county Londonderry where the car was bought. Each of the 6 counties have there own reg numbers u. Bored yet. One counties reg is CZ so there are hundreds of RCZ regs over here :-(
