Uh ohh, now I have noticed clear clapping/clanking/knocking sound, sounds almost like plastic knocking sound and it worryingly seems to be coming from left side top/middle where that god damn timing chain is running, but I really can't believe that it is my timing chain or timing chain tensioner because those has been changed around 125 000km and it has been driven now over 170 000km, I really can't believe, I change my oils every 5000km since 148 000km, what else could be that plastic sounding clapping/knocking in that area? Thankfully no knocking sound when listening below the car aka no rod knock etc.
Could it be failing gasoline injectors, those haven't been changed at all, completely original.
Or could it be that chain tensioner if perhaps from possible dirty oil since 125 000km to 148 000km (to be clear that I bought car at 148 000km) it has gone bad, so could I perhaps take it out and take a look at it and then even buy brand new and see if if it stops that plastic sounding clapping sound? And it should be quite easy to replace myself right, just need to loosen it up from behind the engine, take it off, change new one, set it to 65Nm with torque wrench, right?

Car otherwise runs perfectly fine, no engine light, no fault codes, nothing and when car has been driven/engine warm, noise has dissappeared, this sound only comes when car has been sitting many hours.

Oh and so that sound comes when engine first runs at idle that 1100-1200rpm and when it scales back to that normal idle 750rpm, it stops.

I would change the tensioner, it is not expensive and it is a quick operation.

Maybe the tensioner spring has broken, which is the only thing that tightens until the oil pressure rises.

When you remove the tensioner, about 100cc of oil will fall out.

The plastic noise clapping (slapping) may be the chain hitting the nylon guides as the chain tensioner is faulty?

Well now when I started the engine, exactly has been sitting many hours, and there wasn't now anymore that obvious clapping sound, and I even used flathead screwdriver to use it as like Stethoscope and listened timing chain spot, turbo, etcetc and sound is definetly normal, no obvious clapping sound, just normal engine sound, so most likely then just some plastic is vibrating with engine rpm's at start or now some plastic/metal part that was loose got stuck in position that it won't make that clapping/knocking sound, I have heard this sound before and then it comes and goes like now
