Cheap Winter Tyres

Got a full set of Falken HS-439 235/40 R19 96V XL fitted by my local Peugeot dealership last week.

£180 inc vat+fitting each, my mate who owns a tyre centre couldn't match the Peugeot dealer £.

Noticeably better then stock Conti now we are around freezing point.

Yet to get any snow but it is just around the corner & am pretty confident these will do the job!

2 winter changes down & the Falkens have been brilliant - can't recommend them enough!

Even managed to get us home over the Leek>Buxton moors from the Winking Man Rock Night in January. We called it a night at about 2am when the snow got upto about 4" & was starting to drift (the Z does only have 5" clearance after all).

Living it the High Peak I do get the 'opportunity' to test them regularly... & overtake lesser gentleman's handbag SUV's who don't have a flaming clue how to drive in snow!
