I got an adapter for my 207gt which allowed me to keep the control buttons and temp etc and clock..

However I didn't have reverse sensors

and my remote wouldn't change my pioneer head unit..

However in theory should work and you can get them with reverse sensors

When I looked into it a couple of weeks back the guy in the audio shop said that he had leads for everything to make it all work, apart from being about to change the time etc as this was incorporated in the menu settings on the old stereo.
The leads that were needed were quite expensive though.
I know the time and temp would still be displayed but part of the year the clock would be 1hr forward or back depending on when you did it.
With old pug that I did it too, I just pulled lead out of back and plug in old stereo to change the clock but that isn't so easy on the Z.

The menu bit can be sorted by splicing the power cables and the wire for the headup display and running them to the oem headunit in the Wheel well in the boot. Its a pain to change anything, but at least you can, and its hidden from view.
You could even just have the wires available and plug the oem unit in when you need to change anything.

I don't know about compatibilty with this particular unit, but there are aftermarket wiring adaptors that include a parking sensor buzzer. They also allow you to access the car setting menu by pressing the steering wheel stalk buttons in a special sequence, without needing the old headunit. Do a search for 39-ls-2-quad to see an example.
