Hey, I would like to know if it is possible to get Carplay on the small orange central LCD display? Or can the display perhaps be replaced with a similarly small display, which is compatible with Carplay?

It’s difficult enough to get the flip up screen models to run car play never mind the orange display screen 
Put bluntly no, CarPlay is a full colour 6-7” screen at bare minimum, and is hardware based so no chance with a dot matrix dual colour screen

Running car play on the DOT matrix screen in the RCZ would be like running Doom on a calculator. Oh wait, it is possible. But it takes some programming skills which go beyond the typical 5er job. I assume a project like this would cost over 100.000 euros.
