Car not starting

My rcz not starting. Took battery of to give full charge. When key turned hear clicking .thinking could be sensor or starter, maybe relay switch, but where is it for starter. Checked fuse seemed OK. Frustrating that when put scanner in now socket is fallen back inside hole. Any suggestions

Immobiliser has kicked in because of battery removal. Check the manual for the correct procedure to resolve it.

Economy mode comes on so can't start.so what is procedure page no even.would odb scanner reset this???.is starter or battery knackered, why it can't start???

Where is fuse and relay switch for immobiliser so to check this to rule out
