Hi,

Picked up my RCZ last week and the mats don't fit into the connectors on the floor right ? just wanted to make sure this is right ? also the dealer said u don't get rear mats with the GT ? seems crazy I am speaking to Peugeot this week, also still having issues changing the Treble and Bass on the radio and cd and Bluetooth audio streaming ? any ideas it let me do it the first time now does not give me the option its very annoying.  :helpme: :helpme:

Firstly, the mats DO fit into the connectors so that's a load of nonsense. You don't get rear mats however. That part is true enough. However, they're easily obtained off eBay.

As for your stereo issues, which system do yoy have?

I got my custom mats from here

http://www.cyberspares.co.uk/prod.php?prod=729

I went for Ultra Delux and had some embroidery, you also get rear mats in the set. They fit perfectly, I know other members have purchased from CyberSpares and as far as I'm aware all have been happy.

Not best photo but this is what I went for

As mrizzle says you get properly fitted front mats but no rears. (However most RCZ's don't get a lot of rear seat traffic....).

The tone controls are in the audio menu system and I think they work independently per audio source. What sort of problems are you having?

Likewise pairing of bluetooth is via the phone menu system. Once you've got the phone and car to recognise each other and pair them via a 4 digit passcode (which I think can be whatever you choose) it's dead easy.

The Bass and Treble settings were there first time I paired it up now there is no settings for this as if its a one time setting ? seems abit strange on my 207 I could adjust it without any issues. I am speaking to my dealer on my Mats as looks like they have put in wrong ones they don't match up right, I just need rear mats who can supply just rear ones ?

Well to access the audio settings hit the music note button. They need to be adjusted for each different input.

Oh and the Peugeot 207 rear mats will fit the rear of the RCZ area perfectly.

Yes, but yours came from Marcus. They do not come as standard  is yours the same model as eddreed. I'm not sure were he gets the RD5 from, as I thought the new cars has RT6 in them ? or is RD5 a pre face lift not media pack model?

RD5 is the standard system without Sat Nav.

Edreed did you try with the phone plugged in via USB, like I said? It might be something that you can't do via Bluetooth, I don't know I can't remember.

If you've selected any of the preset sound styles (e.g. Pop, Classical, Techno etc.) then the bass and treble will be removed from the menu. So if you have selected any of these you'll need to select <None> and your bass and treble well be back.

As already said earlier in the thread, this will have to be done for every source, the RCZ lets you set up different settings for each one which is very useful

Can you get the Sat Nav fitted after you buy the car ? is it a factory only option ? I Don't mind too much as I use my satnav on my phone anyway via Bluetooth works well.

As the Sat Nav/Media screen is built into the dash I'd imagine it would be factory fit only. Retro fitting it, if possible, would be pricey I would have thought!
