CAR Magazine photo shoot

Hello
I’m writing a buying guide on the Peugeot RCZ for CAR Magazine and wondered if any forum members might be interested in attending a photo shoot with their car. The location will be somewhere close to Peterborough, and we could cover fuel costs – it may be on an airfield to provide a controlled area for photography, rather than high-speed testing. Ideally I’d need a brief drive in the car, and we would insure it – as I’ve already driven a few RCZs this isn’t essential, but a refresher would be useful after a few years. A brighter colour would be helpful for photography. Ideally we’d be looking at either the 14, 15 or 16 of February, with the shoot taking most of the day. If anyone is interested, please drop me an email on benbarry3 at yahoo dot co dot uk
Thanks
Ben

Why stick to just one RCZ when you could have an airfield of them! Now that would be a nice feature, wouldn't it?

Well Ben,

You have a massive choice on here with all versions accounted for, I have the R, Neil has the very first of the limited edition Launch Edition and as 2retro said you could have an airfield full. I am sure you'd be able to get all variants with the 156 / 163 / 200 / 266 / GT / Sport / Asphalt / Launch / R etc.
I'm up for it for one !

If you need any input on a long term ownership of the R version, I'm your man :greetings-wavingblue:

Done with my R almost 100.000 miles and learnt a lot about the weak and strong points of this model.

Yeah true - good shout RCZ-R I momentarily forgot your 100,000 mile thread, that's invaluable for ownership values and don't forget...

" RCZ R in red. driven daily. and driven hard."

See Ben we even have European assistance too !! - even if they DO have the steering wheel on the wrong side - LOL.

  how true

About this "drive hard". It doesn't wear off
Just yesterday I did another 150 mph on the autobahn. The only limiting factor are those big diesels blocking the left lane with 130 mph.

Yes you would have thought Ben would have replied and put everyone in the picture :eusa-whistle: regarding weather he has the car or cars he needs for the article. I did offer my services and he replied that he had one white and one red car confirmed and if he could use my car as a sub if anything went wrong with the other two.
Plecadoras replied to his ad and he got a reply asking if he would attend the shoot but upon replying to that mail he has had no further reply from Ben so I’m afraid we’re all in the dark!
Anyone else been in touch with Ben?

Thanks for all the help on this – obviously a very active and well organised group of people! Shoot is now organised, and should be in the mag that's out mid-March, labelled April issue.
