Button on end of light stalk

On my 407 SW this button is for voice commands. I've been trying all day to find out why this don't work on my RCZ. I have to press the star button on the phone key pad to get the voice commands to work. Anyone now what I'm doing wrong. :helpme:

It took me ages to suss this out then I did a search on here and it turns out that the manual is wrong. However, the correct method is to press the button on the end of the light stalk for a short period and then a beep will be heard so I find it strange that it does not work for you?

Thanks for reply ryanb. Sorted this small problem. Small squirt of WD40 into end of light switch. Turned lights on and off a couple of times. Now working ok. Hopefully just a bit of dirt or switch grease. Happy now I can select the music I want with voice commands from the stalk, it's so easy. Going to setup nav and phone numbers via voice tomorrow so it's set the same as my 407 SW. :dance:

Thats great news. I am gradually getting used to it and it is actualy quite good. I managed to store a lot of music onto the hard drive today, which was actually very simple and works very well..

Just finished phone numbers, music next. Lot easier than selecting things manually. It's a joy when driving to select different radio stations and music that you want to here just by pressing a botton.
