Bulb kit - vision pack

Hi all,

Anyone know where I can get a decent, reasonably cheap spare bulb kit for my Z? Looking for one for driving in France. I'm assuming that a universal kit won't be much good for a 2010 RCZ with the vision pack...?

Cheers!

I'm not sure, but I think the Xenons can only be replaced by the dealer, if that's the case, then I doubt you could buy a spare bulb for them. I think the rest of the bulbs should be pretty much standard.

I'm sure someone will come along with a more informed answer though :eusa-think:

As far as I know Xenons are non driver replaceable. Apparently have nearly 80 volts flowing through them.

Regarding full beam you need H1's. I would suggest Ring Xenon ultra plus. A bit of a sod to fit though, but do make a good difference.

Oh you can change the Xenon bulbs as long as you are careful, done it many times while testing bulbs, and have a spare set in the boot of our car. We have two choices:

For main beams yes they are the H1's for all RCZ's and R's. We have many choices including a HID conversion:

Thanks for the reply and info. I shall certainly bear it in mind. Admittedly I was told by the dealer it was too dangerous to do myself. But of course if you go somewhere such as france you legally need a spare set of bulbs as I do with the H1's.
Hopefully the main beam Xenons will last a few years?

All the best,

Andy.
