Broken spring

Just bought a 2 year old rcz with 13000 miles. Driving along the M8 by Glasgow airport and the car lets out an almighty bang. Looks in the mirror and part of the front spring was bouncing down the outside lane and hit a brand new mercedes m class. Has anyone else had broken spring at such low miles ????

No but get in touch with Peugeot HQ UK as it shouldn't have gone this soon, if you don't have warranty they might cover it.

Hope there wasn't too much damage to your car.

Broken spring

I think i was lucky tbh. It was the girl behind me that i feel sorry for. The pig tail of the spring hit his front end. I pulled straight over and the silly cow carried on
