No spare I'm afraid, just the inflator thingy that came with the car, so not much point carrying the Jack round, plus it weighs around the same as a baby rhino, so not too keen on what it would do for the fuel economy & performance.

yes, went for the same groove style.

To be honest, I haven't dared risk the jacking points yet, on the few occasions it's been off the ground I used the suspension cross member thingies, thought it was probably safer.
Just got the locking wheel nuts breaking to worry about then :eusa-think:

Arrived Friday. 2 days after ordering.

Even got a born on date.
Now to get a budget tyre for the kerbed one to be used as a spare in the boot.
Won't be returning to St David's carpark anytime soon...

Took my car to my local tyre fitters today. New alloy and a part worn tyre I got to put on kerbed alloy.
I asked how you gonna lift car to change wheel ?
"Jacking points of course. Using a trolley jack" They said
I explained the problems that some of you have had regarding these 'not built for purpose ' jacking points.
I asked if it could be lifted using the 4 point lift that they had.
One said yes but we will still be using jacking points. I tried to tell them again that it's best if they use that. The weight would be spread over all 4 not just one.
They told the boss and he said, NO, NOT TOUCHING IT !!!
I was turned away....
It's now gonna be done at the peugeot dealers when they fix my tempreture sensor next week. At a cost of £35. Using a 4 point lift.
I've checking all my jacking points and they are all intact and not damaged whatsoever.
All the people working there was looking over the car as if they've never seen one before ?

When I had a puncture my local tyre shop were great, I asked how they would lift the car & they said they would use the 4 point lift which would use the suspension cross members, they said they would normally do that anyway.

They also said they hadn't had an RCZ in there before :eusa-think:

Just bought a new 2014 Peugeot RCZ 1.6 THP 156 GT Petrol Automatic Coupe. Its been a Peugeot main dealer in Manchester (Salford) demonstration car with 5k on the clock. Not modified? On the test drive I noticed it was pulling very slightly to the left when braking at 50 - 60 ish which has now cleared up I presumed it was because it had been stood on the forcourt and was in need of a run? I also could hear a grinding noise from the brakes at very low speed, both when travelling forward and in reverse. this has not improved. I have been back to the dealer and they say it will go with use. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing or has experienced this? I am supposed to be collecting the car from them tomorrow, but am reluctant to take it back. It has no bearing on the brake performance but it wasn't what I expected to hear from a 20k car!
