The boot lock has been a bit dozy lately to the point of not working at all so today using the fob I thought of trying energising it whilst the boot was open & after centrally pressing the switch a good 6-8 times & more importantly hearing the relay working when switch is pressed its now apparently freed itself & opens manually with no sign of any water ingress so maybe its a no brainer for others to try out ?
