Hi all, just got my self an rcz 2010 156 GT , and the sat Nav is working fine but when you connect your phone via Bluetooth the ng4 system it close n shuts down reopening , but not locating you on sat Nav correctly once back open , until you turn the Bluetooth connection off n after a while it will rectify its self. This is now happened twice. It has the original firmware/maps etc.was this an issue which newer updates fix.
Cheers

There are people on here who have updated their NG4 system.

Sorry can't be any more help as I have the RT6 system.

Generally speaking, it is always a good idea to update the operating software of any device. They don't bother to develop new software for no reason.

It is clearly either a software bug or a system fault, either of which could possibly be resolved by updating the software.

Updating the maps has obvious benefits, giving you a more accurate representation of current road layouts.

I too have the RT6 unit, so I can't comment on your specific question, other than to recommend you try the updates & see if it solves your problem.
