Blow off adapter for RCZ THP 200

Hello,
I have a 2014 Peugeot RCZ with the 1.6 THP 200 engine and I would like to install a blow-off adapter.
Unfortunately, I have a clearance issue. I already bought and tried one adapter, but it turned out to be too thick to fit properly (first and second photo).
I measured it and it is 16 mm thick (third photo). I have searched through many stores and websites, but I haven't been able to find a thinner adapter.
Ideally, I am looking for something around 10–12 mm thick, as anything thicker seems to be too large for my setup.

Has anyone here had the same problem with the THP 200?
Do you know of any adapter that is thinner and fits the RCZ properly?
Any recommendations or links would be greatly appreciated.

You have an "R" looking at the picture ? The BOV your attempting to fit wont alter performance it will protect the Turbo bearings/blades but its suspected they can cause the engine to run slightly rich when shifting gear due to completely venting the air pressure to atmosphere & Throttle response could drop off slightly or affect the Idle without a proper ECU map ?
