Recently when I started the car the screen told me that the update was complete and to press OK to reboot.
I had a USB stick with music on it, I hadn't put a USB stick in to update something, but I still pressed OK and it happened that NG4 did a hard reset.
Radio presets, navigator destinations, Bluetooth hands-free config were lost and the language was changed to French.
If something similar happens to you, do not press OK!, press ESC on the NG4, remove the USB memory and connect it to the computer to repair it or transfer the music to another healthy USB memory
