Best picture upload APP

I have managed to upload some pics from photobucket onto the forum using my IPad which did work ok but now photobucket is not playing ball.

I Only have the iPad as the laptop has recently died and gone to hell :twisted:

Photobucket keeps freezing and as I no longer have hair to pull out, the APP has been sent to the same place as my laptop :twisted:

What APP would you recommend to easily upload pics from iPad to the forum.

I'm using Tapatalk, on my mobile, all that is required to attach a picture is to locate it and the add some text if required and send the post.
