Hi,
Brand new to RCZ ownership, as I was giving my recently bought shiny black one a clean on the inside, I noticed that the rear bench seat was not staying down on the nearside. I pulled out the seat and found that the retaining clip had broken (one of many things the dealer failed to mention at sale). Having searched on line and found the cheapest one I could find was £22 and had to come from Germany, I had a look for other clips. I found one meant for an Audi (Q7, A4 A6 etc) which looked identical, apart from the fact that the black inner bit was set at the top of two sets of holes unlike the one from my RCZ which was set at the bottom (see image - hopefully!) The broken one is one the right. The Audi ones were from a UK seller and were delivered within a couple of days for less than £4 - I bought a pair. The new ones are more substantial than the old. I carefully inserted two small screwdrivers between the white and black plastic pushing the clips in. I then pushed the black plastic bit down and let it click into place on the bottom pair of holes. The adapted Audi part fitted straight into the holes in the car and the seat locked into place at the first attempt. Result.
As I said, brand new at this, if I have offended anyone with this post I apologise, not my intention. Having seen the clips in the car, I thought may be a common problem and thought I would share my solution.
