I will let you decide which is which

Two very different cars, but both share a number of similar characteristics, unique design, still fairly rare on the roads, and both can get from A to B rather quickly  Needless to say we had to perform some car gymnastics to get both of them into the garage, you don't realise how wide both of these cars are.

Managed to give both our cars a good clean today so thought I would take some pics whilst they were both looking good. Took twice as long to clean my car and I can happily report that after about an hour of cleaning, the RCZ still has its matt finish intact lol. Have to say that the matt paint is alot easier to clean than I thought it would be! Interesting trying to make slight adjustments to the pics in photoshop, especially as one car is gloss and the other is matt. Will have to get some good location shots of the RCZ as the weather improves

Mr Marvel comic super hero A.K.A.THE PHANTOM ..............  your setting youself up here i have seen all your photos on another forum and i must admit your interior is second to none exquisite in fact the best i have seen besides rolls/bentley  but the arse of that A7 is unforgiveable in terms of car design the cars proportions are out balance and from certain angles it looks as if the rear end has melted  It reminds me of the old granada coupe I still feel the A5 is still the best looking Audi so far and also your A7 is the best looking one i have seen yet thanks to the 20" alloys.

As for the rcz asphalt the interior is just above average but the exterior is second to none baring in mind the matt paint aint the most photogenic of the rcz colours but many people would very envious to have a driveway filled with cars like this

Cheers Jassy, yes you are right the rear end of the A7 gets mixed reviews and I will be honest and say that it looks its best from the rear three quarters view. It does look a bit chopped off when viewed from the side but it is one of those cars that looks a million times better in the flesh than in the photos. I just wanted to show a few pics of both cars, because in my mind they have unique designs, unlike anything else on the road

You are right of course, spec wise I have seen other A7s that don't carry it off very well, smaller alloys, no privacy glass, non SLine package etc but hopefully I have the balance about right on mine.

I guess I should add a caveat and say that I use to have a Rover SD1 when I was at Uni, so I have sort of got use to the chopped off end/hatchback look :eusa-shhh:

Thanks for your comments , it is appreciated

I was originally going for an S5 cabriolet Jassy, but I decided that after 8 years and two A4 cabs, I wanted something a bit different. Plus the A5 is nearing end of life so I didn't want to get a new car only for it to go out of date so to speak 18 months later. There are alot of RS5's around, some stunning nearly new bargains as you say, considering most were spec'd up to over £70k when new. Seriously tempted by an S7 next

S7 has the new 4.0 V8, but it includes a raft of technical innovations such as cylinder deactivation around town to help boost the economy and of course reduce C02 emissions. The same engine is used in the new S6 and the newly introduced V8 Bentley GT, albeit with a few more ponies under the bonnet :)

S5 in white is a great looking car and they do a glacier white now which is similar to the Opal white on the RCZ.
