Yip it can be a pain in the ass and in a way :?: it makes you clean the car even more but WITHOUT BEADING you get NO SHINE

The rcz has a few flat surfaces especially the bootlid/bonnet/top of the rear wings...........funny how the arches dont bead aswell as the cars paintwork :eusa-think:

Just a thought. My car looks like yours does. I washed it, cleaned the paintwork and then waxed it. Parked it up for several days and bingo. Same look as yours. Rainwater isn't always clean water and it has been windy of late, which blows all the dust about. So either dust has got caught up on the beading or the beading was dirty water. Either way the dirt is sat on top of the polish and will be washed off easily. What is the problem?

What is PUK's problem.........l think he's saying without detailing, water would NOT settle itself on the car,as non detailed car dont have this.........but then they dont shine and the paint fade's

IT could be worse "PUK" "YOU COULD HAVE DARK PAINTED CAR" :)

This is why I dispute whether beading is good earlier pictures show my car beading water as good as I could hope for.

But look at the aftermath

Opal white GT with type 1 matt stripe.

It's the same on all car's at the moment due to these strong winds and all this grit and stuff blowing around. It's atmospheric phenomenon. Rest easy in the knowledge that your car is protected :)

I described my paintwork akin to sandpaper when I met RCZ1 the other day. So I know exactly what you mean.
