Battery disconnect now no radio etc

RAC changed the battery as car wouldn't start (Christmas Day). Now radio (think it's an RD5) doesn't work and can't reset clock etc but everything else electrical seems fine.
Have checked fuses and tried the BSI reset a few times but still the same issue.
RAC came back out but no idea why it won't work.
Any ideas please (before I cry, yes I know it's dramatic lol)?

Check fuses usually after this happens simply driving the car will initialise loss of functions reset as the ECU/BSI may have gone to sleep without shutting down properly did the RAC guy scan the car to check for multiple "Power failure codes ) showing up as he fitted the battery ?
