Avg miles per litre

It all depends how you drive. I think that Auto has a real world average of 35mpg.
Using 35mpg.
There are 4.55 litres in a gallon. 35÷4.55=7.7 miles per litre.
145÷7.7=18.8 litres of fuel required.
Taking petrol at £1.45 per litre.
1.45×18.8=£27.26
Using 35mpg.

The 145 miles was mostly MWay.
It seems strange to go back to gallons however, I recall seeing 35mpg somewhere.
And it seems spot on also because it took around half a tank which is around £60 these days.
Going to write this formula down
