Hi.
Whilst looking at the RCZs for sale I came across the Asphalt model.
I love the Matt grey paint but im wondering if its worth paying extra for one of these versions?

Welcome to the forum
Limited editions will hold their price better but I would always go for the best car. Even the latest ones are 5 years old now, I would take service history over the paint colour.

Sensible answer :)

My current Peugeot is also around 5 years old with a reasonably low mileage... its like a new car!

Hi looking at the asphalt model of the RCZ there's less than 70 cars in the UK... 67 on road taxed and there's 2 sorn, a rare car..
Happy 😊 hunting...

Thankyou Blondie :)

Id not even heard of them until I started browsing on Autotrader... There are a small amount for sale on there but I will be honest and say they are mostly out of my price range!

If you are going for an older car I would serious!y consider the diesel
I'm on my 3rd petrol version and they are prone to issues and some can be expensive to fix.
The diesel has a much better rep for reliability.

I have two Hdi RCZs in my garage and they are amazing don't let the milage put you off as they say these engines are bullet proof if you get one with full service history then it is more likely to have been looked after both of ours have over 60,000 miles on but they run and sound like a new car... Wish they still made them now as I would buy a Hdi in a heart beat..
Try to get Xenon lights, leather seats, sat nav... And check out the jacking points for damage.. And the middle brake lights for LEDs not working...

Don't know what your budget is but £5k will buy you a 80k miles 11 or 12 plate, £7-8 k will buy something newer with a lot less miles.
An 80k mile diesel might cost you less in the long run than a lower mileage Petrol version.
Either way service history is mega important
