Checking engine over this morning spotted split pipe to turbo....Does the end section come off or do I need complete new air intake pipe?...200Thp Model...

You will need a new air intake pipe and fast, as dirt can be pulled into the turbo via this hole.

This is by far the cheapest option to replace the intake pipe. You will need to be a little inventive with the connection to the small pipe on the lower right as you look at the picture.

The liner in the hose has failed by looks of it I changed all mine for silicone like above

Cheers guys…I’ve noticed the Mtc version is lot cheaper than the Forge item…

I fitted a MTEC intake with Forge intercooler hoses as couldn't source a Forge at the time

All sorted...Went for a cheap version off ebay £25...Fitted a treat and drives with no issues so happy chappy...
