Well the car is at Forge Motorsport under development for an upgraded intercooler, silicone hoses, hard pipes, blow-off valve, and induction kit. All of these items will be for the THP200 as the engine configuration is different than the THP156. As soon as I have it done I will then have the car dyno'd back at Superchips. Of course we will be selling the Forge Motorsport items that are developed. We will then put together Stage kits for the RCZ (THP200).

After this development we will be installing the Bastuck high-flow catalytic converter. We will then do another run at Superchips. This will complete what we are looking at doing and if we can get too 260 bhp then we are good to go and will not develop any more on the stock engine.

I have the black grille from Zunsport and will install that shortly after the Forge Motorsport work is done.

The Ultra-Racing bars have been installed too (front and middle, rear won't fit due to the upgraded exhaust).

Brakes next (front).

You slapping on the Brembo brakes? This is all awesome! I think the mesh grille will look ace on your unique RCZ. Really looking forward to hearing how the car performs when you get her back!

I personal don’t think the car needs any chaving up, it looks great as it is.

But give it time, once the RCZ has come of age and is in the price range of the boy racers I’m sure they will have spoilers the size of a boeing 747 wing fitted to the rear and an exhaust the size of the Queen Marys funnel

Nope not the Brembo's as they are only 4-pot and they will not develop a rear kit. I am going with another system, will announce it later.

Always room for improvement, and if you know me I cannot leave a car alone and making it personal. My RCZ is now for business so I have to show the stuff I sell.

As for the boy racers, I am ready for them except I need to find the big spoilers first :eusa-think:

Hi everyone, frm Malaysia, I'm planning to mod the following

1) done with k&n filter
2) a few exterior, rear valance n roof valance
3) racechip
4) exhaust

I have to resort to racechip as Malaysia doesn't have Superchip or someone with remap knowledge for this babe yet

Later on
Brembo brakes
Led light
Intercooler n hose

Mrizzle, still thinking of a way how to post the picture. i just drop a pic to Steven, thanking him for the exhaust system, they work wonderfully.

what was done recently,
- downpipe till exhaust system with quadtip and of course, rear valance from Ruffers.

in Malaysia, the weather is friggin hot, so i think i am going to mod the engine portion first, the airflow. i am not so sure what to go with, stock air-flow doesnt seems to be light my fuse yet, i am looking for something more... i shld just get a nitrogen gas tank hur? and blast on my friggin engine everytime it turns hot? hehehe.

Oh, just to add in, Racechip done.

Left to do :-
Intercooler / Hose
Airflow
Brembo <-- yes i am still looking at it.

Wow...you have been busy!!! Sounds like you still have much that you want to do!! What are you planning on doing with the intercooler/hose?

Still not given up on the Brembo dreams huh? Good luck to ya! Steven is the man to help advise on that.

You mentioned "LED light". Which lights are you looking to upgrade?

Has your car got the vision pack/xenons? If not then I'd upgrade the lights and install LED sidelights. I have also put in LED registration plate lights and brake lights which looks pretty decent.

btw for THP156 users - air intake from Forge (DS3) won't fit due to different tubes coming out of engine cover.
