So I thought I'd pull my finger out and get a couple of pics up. Not sure if you can make it out from these photos but the front grille is black, as are the brake calipers and the front spoiler is fitted. I love the look of the black front spoiler against the black front grille.

There's so much I love about the car, that fantastic rumble from the exhaust is addictive (sounds more like a flat four from inside the car). Those front brake discs over a foot in diameter, the approach lighting, the rear lights look nice during the day, but look absolutely stunning at night. The Navigation/Media system inconjunction with the JBL audio is brilliant, once you get used to all the controls.

Did anyone else notice that the inner most pair of lights from the front light clusters are falsies?

It took me a while going through the manual and fiddling with the controls before I eventually had a proper look at them and noticed they didn't actually have any bulbs.

Took my husband less than an hour on taking delivery to notice - he's a smart a... :!:

I hadn't but my Mum asked what they were, and upon closer inspection noticed they were falsies.

Ooo-err, missus (channeling my inner Frankie Howerd) I didn't realise I was driving around with a set of falsies

Does anyone know if these 'falsies' are capable of having a bulb fitted & working or are they not wired up???

Shouldn't be too long now then especially since I picked mine up from the dealership 2 DAYS after it's original build date, very odd indeed, but I wasn't going to complain that I got it 2 weeks early.

I would imagine that they are not wired since there would be nothing to wire to. The "falsies" are essentially the chrome bulb surround and a bulb shape moulded into a single piece of the plastic chrome that forms the housing for the bulbs in a front light cluster. I would imagine with it would be possible to drill out the pretend bulb section and attempt to house and wire a regular bulb/LED in it's place. BUT you'd have to be super brave to attempt something like that since the risk of cracking/damaging the entire rear side of the light cluster would be a real possibility.

But on the other hand could make for some very custom daytime running lights?
