alloy wheels

hi just got my first rcz its a hdi gt in grey,the wheels on the car are 19 inch solstice silver alloys,i have always liked solstice wheels in half black half silver and i was thinking of having them sprayed, has anyone got these wheels ,are they gloss or matt black and is the silver just painted or is it chrome,thanks ian from peterborough.

I've th solstice wheels.

What do you mean by sprayed?

They are not high gloss but not quite matt. depends on the sealant you use.

I also have these wheels. Like Figo says the black is neither matt nor gloss and the tips aren't painted but the original alloy. Hope this helps. Not sure how painting would stand up to the occasional accident.
