Airbag & seatbelt warning light on

Hi all,

I'm considering purchasing a 2012 RCZ with 60k on the clock for a bargin price of 3k.

However it comes with its complications. There is a airbag and seatbelt warning sign on the dash. Also an engine management light on. Images attached.

Is this common for a car of its age to have these problems? Trying to decide if I can get these problems fixed or it's going to big issues and I should run a mile...

When I was in the car I didnt realise the seat was electric. Felt under the deat and there was a box with wires hanging lose.

Took it for a test drive and it was great!

Love the car but worried the issues with these lights might cost more than the cars worth.

Air bag & seat belts are part of the SRS system maybe the sensor could be disconnected or it has wiring issues the sensor is under the seats
