There are a number of options available to you.
1. The quickest and easiest way is in your new post, select the ''upload attachment'' tab at the bottom of the page when writing a new topic. Browse and find your picture from your computer and hit the ''add the file'' button. You can add up to 5 files per post like this.
2. If you intend to upload a lot of pictures and share them online try http://www.photobucket.com. You have to register but well worth while if you are looking to create photo albums which you can share with the forum or freinds and family. Once you uploaded your chosen photo simple copy the image location and post it in your post.
3. If you are just looking to upload the odd photo, try http://tinypic.com. Simply choose your photo off your computer, select to resize it to message board size and hit ''upload now''. Copy the IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards and post it in your post.
4. If adding a picture from another site. Please ensure you have permission to do so. Then you need to right click the image and 'copy image location'. The image location is sometimes found under properties too. Then just past the link in your post. Highlight the link and click the ''Img'' button.
