I don't even like the figures - 31 miles on leccy only, who's going to do 31 miles with such a big car?
49kg co whats it called.... yeah but for only when using while you have some battery life, they use this trick to make the car look very low emissions, yeah cheaper for you on the road tax but it's lies lies lies....
I had a fully electric car for two years and 37k miles, couldn't fault it, EXCEPT for the range - not really the range anxiety cos you manage it just like an ice car, you have to. But no the practicalities and charging network don't help, but the cars own range was the nail in the coffin for me. There is a very worthy contender now what has the range of a Tesla but the price of a decent midsize SUV - the Hyundai Koni = 258 miles actual driving tested with lights / radio / aircon / heating on. Manufacturer says 300 miles possible and believe me turn some of the gadgets and heating off, then you will get the 300 miles. Anyway we digress.....
I like the sabertooth design at the front and having sat in one at a show, I also like the cabin, but the overall design is not striking, but there again it is not designed to be a sports car unlike our RCZ's, so I think the comparisons being made are not reasonably fair !!
Cheers M....
