I feel what I can only describe as a 2-stroke thumping noise from the THP 200 engine when starting cold, a soft "thump thump" in rhythmic cycles - like a top-loading washing machine off balance. It's not loud, but it's rhythmic, and I can feel this in the clutch pedal as well.
Not sure if this disappears when the engine and turbo are properly warmed up - mind you, ambient temperature here at night is 24C. Only had the car since Saturday, so not sure if I should worry about it, but power delivery seems quite smooth - there's no hiccups, but I haven't checked for abnormal turbo-lag yet - will try that tomorrow.
I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing anything similar.
