It does show that the forced sale of any asset never turns out very well for the seller.
Saw a case about 2 years ago of a chap trying to get out of a 2 week old volvo estate. He had paid about 25k, the local Volvo dealer offered to buy it back for 16k seem to remember this was the best offer he got...ouch
