Got a call today to say mine had arrived at the dealer. That's 12 days after build date, so I'm quite impressed with that! Had a look at him, he looked lovely, but a bit grubby and still covered in plastic!! Paid for him today (eek) and collecting on Thursday!!

That's a very impressive delivery time. Gives those of us still waiting a glimmer of hope  As for eeekkk, yeah, I know that feeling even though, like the man with the wheelbarrow, it's still ahead of me. Never mind, it's only money  Enjoy your new pride and joy and happy motoring.

That's really good news rczwannabe. You'll probably end up getting yours before I get mine. I wish those DVLA people would hurry up a bit.

They do look beautiful don't they

Great news and really quick. Mine was built on 12th Sept and as of this afternoon was still in Calais, dealer saying will get to Sheerness next week some time.
Any way good luck for Thursday and enjoy.

It's been a long wait for a lot of people. Glad yours is nearly over.... just one final hurdle!

I think I spotted you 3 times last week. I'll wave and flash once I'm in the new one.... didn't want to look like a complete loon doing the same thing in a Mondeo! :p

None of the timings make sense do they? If yours was built before mine it should have made better progress than that I would have thought. At least it's started it's journey. Glad they don't travel through Spain as there's a general strike there tomorrow. We've got that to be thankful for!

France have had several 2 day "general" strikes recently over the raising of the retirement age....from 60 to 62!!
This may not have helped with deliveries.
