    TPMS issue - suggestions anyone?

One of mine was giving a phantom deflated reading. Took it to my local tyre guru who recalibrated them. Been fine since...

Seeking new engine for RCZ 1.6GT.

You guys sound like you know what you're doing but perhaps this video may be interesting for you or others. If the link doesn't work search on you tube for salvage rebuilds rcz.

    Tensioner replacement

Likely asked before but is it worth putting on a new tensioner, effectively as a service item? I have a 2015 156 with 33k miles. I've just had it serviced using all oe parts and the correct Total oil. Last service before I bought it was 2k miles ago. I'll be changing the oil after 4 or 5k...

Seeking new engine for RCZ 1.6GT.

Would you not be better off buying another rcz with low miles?

    Engine oil

I think the best option is the ineos 0/30 but as importantly change it frequently. I'll go no more than 3 or 4k miles or annually but given I've done 200 in miles since November annually for me.

    Engine oil

Thanks for that link. Confirms the 0/30 as well.

    Engine oil

Thanks for that. Mine on 33k miles so hopefully be OK on that front. Tho reading some posts on here that's no guarantee!

    Engine oil

Except another thread on here says peugeot revised it and ineos 0/30 should be used.... Mine going for oil change next week with that bought... Got me concerned now!

    RCZ GT Line rarity value?

I wasn't looking for an rcz. At all. I was on the hunt for something cheaper to run than my 3.0 subaru. Fiat pandas etc, but somehow the rcz ended up with me. So not really meeting the brief! VAG stuff will never be on the radar. Was a bit tempted by the skoda superb estate but they rust just...

    RCZ GT Line rarity value?

Yeah. That really gets on my..... Nerves! I've had 70 odd cars over the years. Without lying, the worst have been the one BMW and a merc. The Italian and French stuff were mostly very reliable. For me the rcz is an occasional toy. I'm well aware of the potential fragility but in turn I intend...

    RCZ GT Line rarity value?

I'm not sure any rcz, other than the R, will have future values worth much. There's too much fear over the known weaknesses. And in the uk at least, if it ain't German, it's crap. Which we know is rubbish but the general market still seems to fall for it.

    RCZ GT Line rarity value?

Thanks. I'm new to rcz world and have a boggo 156 gt. Always interested to learn of model variants.

    RCZ GT Line rarity value?

Not wishing to hijack your thread but what is the difference between a GT and GT line? Curious!

    OE Parts catalogue -

Who knew Brian ever had a real job! I recall the ypsi. Did he not buy it new in Holland. A red elefantino if my anal memory serves. Interesting you and I have ended up with an rcz. Only had mine since November but done less than 100 miles in it as the weather been so crap.

    OE Parts catalogue -

I know Brian. He was the dedra advisor for the consortium. Great chap. He was a real dedra fan. I recall he had a series 3 thema auto as well. That was a rare car, albeit the 16v engine not really suited to an auto as not a lot of torque. I was 23 I think when I started all the lancia stuff...

    OE Parts catalogue -

Indeed. The good old days. Had many of them. 16 Themas of various types, a dedra, kappas, thesis, gamma coupe, montecatlo, 2000 coupes. Wipers on your headlights so either a turbo or top version. Were you ever in with the Thema & dedra consortium?
