Is it an internal or external clicking noise? Does it happen continually as you are turning? Does it happen in both directions?

You have to disconnect the battery before you charge the battery. Otherwise you can blow the on board computers. You might need to reset the computer to reactivate your fuel gauge. There is also a procedure for jump starting the engine in the manual, to stop spiking the system.

Just out of curiosity has anyone done any tuning to their diesel engined rcz and what gains have been made over the factory 163bhp? I'm just trying to gauge what I have to do as in just one thing or do I have to do a series of things. Chris

That many be for holding something in place. For example a warning triangle, like some of the Mercedes, audi's etc. Possibly post a picture.
