    I used the Same technique Put 4th gear so it doesnt move right or left hold it with one hand pulled it out with the other It took me a couple of seconds

    you probably mean the pipe from ic to the intake as i said i have changed that with alouminium so i can not just fit that and i am not willing to make any modifications thanks anyway!
