That's kind of similar to my mpg (GT200) I don't often get to do longer runs, but on the occasion I have, and used Cruise, I have managed over 40. Shorter runs, heavy on the right foot, it's gone below 30.

KTVC is the paint code. I bought a touch up paint pot from a local car repair centre, they looked at the codes listed on my passenger door, and said it was the 4 letter code they needed.
