Hello and welcome to the forum. You can indeed purchase a replacement and fit it yourself and if you read this very thread you can find the part number and price but it's quite an expensive item I'm afraid.

Why not just polish it in the early evening or on an overcast day (we have plenty of those in the UK)? Just don't do it while the sun is beating down on you in high summer and you'll be fine - no specialist polishing tent or gazebo required! :thumbup:

Yep, they changed mine today FOC during it's 2nd service. Never given me any problems but, like Tony said, it's a product recall so let the Main Dealers do it for you for free. :thumbup:
