Sounds very suspicious, doesn't it. I heard a while ago that there is a device available that can copy/clone the remote unlock fob signals but I don't know any further details.

It's not a heater as such. The digital numbers denote the 'Comfort Setting' rather than any particular temperature. It automatically switches between heat and air-con to reach your desired setting as soon as possible.
Bang them both on 22, drive around for a bit and you should be nice and...
Would have expected those problems to have been sorted prior to sale really. Sounds like it's going to be a headache for you. Think you have a good case for returning the car so take it back and get yourself a newer one without all the problems if you can.
