Ouch. :( Not sure where the best place to get a replacement from would be but the last time I took mine the Pug Main Stealers I was shocked to learn that their hourly rate was £105!! So, yes, they will charge you a fortune to fit it if you chose them for the job.

Re: RT7 - usb memory stick - tracks not playing in order by Have you got all tracks together in the same folder (or in no folder)? If so, that's the problem. Make a folder for each album and you will be sorted. You can also then group albums by the same artist or genre together inside another...
