Yes I did the same kerbed one of my wheels and I have used nail varnish that matched the colour of my wheels not 100% match but it takes your eyes away from the scuffs then in the summer I will have all my wheels refurbished as had a quote of £50 to £60 a wheel so all as good as new...

Yes and it's a cheap fix if you do it yourself as it's somewhere under the air box about £40 for the part hope this helps..
