Plastic ones are for the diesel metal for the petrol never measured them to see what the difference is but the plastic ones are prone to breaking.

Yeh oil leak on rocker cover is common I’ve had two gaskets on mine and it’s still weeping allegedly the cover cracks or warps so replacement is the only solution the hole is supposed to be there no bolt required.

Rexpeed carbon fibre can’t be beaten for quality but expensive rear wings are just generic and finding the one that fits the car. Maxton do plastic skirts and valances plus the splitters at an affordable cost but the shipping may hurt!

The premiums for the R aren’t much different to the rest of the range but the excesses are you normally find there’s a mandatory £500-£600 excess on the R.

I regularly get the same especially after washing and parking up rather than taking for a run first but a mate has recommended bilt hamber atomic Mac it’s a corrosion inhibitor and can be diluted down and sprayed on brakes to avoid this happening I’ve bought some but not yet tested it.

There are a couple of yellow ones about they do look good with all black arches etc👍
