Common fault. There's a cable that stupidly goes behind the pop-up screen and over time gets damaged from all the opening and closing. Can be fixed yourself for about £995 less than Peugeot have quoted! There are posts on here somewhere with pics showing exactly what to do if you have a ferret...
Iain is not imagining things again... no front fog lights on the MKII. Daylight Running Lights instead.
I always forget how to turn the rear fog light on though. Is it on the left stalk where the lights are (always have my lights set to auto so don't often use it)?
You can do it but you need the correct adapter cable between stereo and car for the original functions to still work. Check here for more detailed info:

DAB was an optional extra that some owners have had installed (involves adding a digital arial to the windscreen) but I don't think it was standard issue on any of the RCZ stereos.
Not sure about native voice control for making calls but once your phone is connected to the car via bluetooth...
