Once you have done your one could you post your plan with dimensions etc. I've got one bent jacking point and want to preserve the others, I'm sure many others will be interested too
Thanks mike. I ended up with one like that too. I decided to buy a MTC one too. It was more of a challenge to fit. I found one supplier of what looks like the 1400S4 (without the flat spot) Original Neue Turbolader Ansaugluftschlauch 1440S4 Für Peugeot 207 208 308 508 30008 RCZ Citroen C4 C5 DS4...
Bumping this up again. Aliexpress sent me 9811908380 which looks like it would fit a 156 RCZ but not a 200. Has anyone had success finding an oem style pipe for a reasonable price that is the right shape for a 200? (Peugeot is my cheapest option here and they want over $600 NZD before tax for one)
Just bumping this up. Did you have a part number for the one you did get? My THP200 has just split where it joins the turbo and I've bought this " Car Air Intake Turbo Hose for Peugeot 207 3008 308 5008 508 RCZ 1.6 16V for Citroen C4 C4L Picasso C5 III 9811909980". I have a catch-can so can make...
If you pop the boot/trunk and remove the cover from the bootlid you will find a black motor/cable system which operates the spoiler. You can put a hex key/allen key into the middle of this motor to manually wind the spoiler down.
Kinda related question. How do you/people who know stuff ship fuel pumps. I imagine there are potentially a lot of hoops to jump through re dangerous goods shipping, even if they are completely dry/empty. Has anyone shipped a used fuel pump internationally? If mine eventually goes I'd probably...
I realise this is very late. But from the looks of it the 1440S4 is the most like the pipe on the 200, the other has a longer looking breather hose that might be for the 156. I have not tried one of them as mine is still ok. Some people go the mtc or forge route but if you did try a stock for...
Hi all,
I recently set up a catch can on my THP200. All seemed fine and I have checked and emptied it twice (it wasnt even a quarter full I just wanted to keep an eye on it). However last week I checked it before going on a longer drive and it was bone dry. The longer drive was about 400-500kms...
I dont have the part number off hand but I remember looking for one for mine as it has a bit missing. Aliexpress/alibaba had some that looked reasonable, never pulled the trigger but it might be worth a look if other options wont work
Hi all,
I thought I'd post this here rather than a new spoiler thread. Yesterday I noticed some cracks in the plastic surface of the rails/sliders that actually lift the spoiler. Any idea if these are replaceable/repairable (I'm guessing not but may as well ask). I've not had any problems yet...
Not sure if you've done this yet, but my manual says there are 4 roughly equally spaced bolts under the sill finisher/scuff plate for the skirt, the sill finisher appears to be double sided taped on. it also says that it is not re-attachable but im sure it can be if you have some tape and dont...
Hi all,
My range display/computer (thp200) is reading about 100km (60ish miles) over what it should be. Is there any way to reset this or is it a sensor issue or something? The fuel gauge itself works fine and I dont rely on the computer anyway but if it's easily fixable ill do it. Thanks for...
I had figured 90 was normal, just odd that the gauge never moved above 90 when the scanner was reading 106, unless there's some sort of dead zone where the guage won't change because 106 is still safe so it doesn't need to indicate anything other than 90 until like 115 degrees or something
Hi all, new user from New Zealand here. I may need to replace the rear crossmember bushings (5131.A4 or 5131.G4 not sure which exactly) that attach rear suspension/axle to the body. Has anybody here tried this. I should be able to but the workshop manual I have suggested to do this the whole...
Hi all, new user here
I have had my 2012 200hp RCZ for a few weeks and have noticed that semi-frequently when warming up my temp gauge is climbing normally, then dropping down about 20 degrees (or at least a noticeable movement/shift in the needle). It then climbs to normal (90 degrees?) and...
