Thanks for that.
Mine seems to use oil very illogically. None for months then half a litre, then none for months again.
I suspect it's the crappy dipstick giving crappy readings.
Had the oil level warning/top up oil message myself today.
Dipstick looked to be just above minimum.
Topped up to max with approx 3/4 of a litre. Warning hasn't gone though.
Reading the various threads it seems it may go by tommorow ?
Fingers crossed.
Ps an early shout that when I sell the magnetic in the next couple of months I'll be stripping goodies like the gear knob (black insert), K+N etc and offer them to members on here.
The 3 to 6 months for the part is an embarrassing negative slant from a dealership who clearly sees no profit in you.
I'd also be tempted to mention to them they are are now being discussed on a major Peugeot forum and are as of yet unnamed.
I'd go directly to Peugeot UK and report the dealers unhelpfulness.
Maybe give the dealer one more chance, mentioning you will contact Peugeot UK if no joy. Nothing like the fear of losing their franchise to encourage dealers to do their duty.
Seen this before and considered trying it.
Currently using Poorboys Blackhole glaze, with Chemical Guys Butter wet wax on top.
Sometimes use Bilt Hamber wax as a treat, but find it hard work. Think I'm getting old.
:D
Must be catching. Got the same thing started recently on one of ours at about 75.
Been putting off getting the balancing checked as it's due new tyres this year anyway.
