Independent Peugeot specialist should be able to use the PP2000 system and be far cheaper than a main dealer.
They may know even more than the the actual main dealers as they can sometimes have to come up with ways to overcome problems without the supposedly backup of Peugeot themselves...
If its the Peugeot extended warranty, ring them up and add non mechanical breakdown for £20 as it includes calling them out for punctures, otherwise its £120 per time!!!!

Purchased item not as described.
There must be something in the trade description act that says if not fit for purpose or not as described you should be able to return it and get a full refund.
Somebody who knows the Act, can you shed a bit more light?

it might be 100 euro to buy a key but then you have the cost of programming it to the car which Peugeot will charge another 100 to 150 euros.
I bought 2 keys for another Peugeot and dealership wanted £250 + vat inc keys and programming.

The Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres have a 92Y rating which for the RCZ's only fit a RCZ-R!
I have the Goodyear tyres and the skip in the cold or wet at slow speeds.

You should at least get some money back if you keep the car.
If it was debit/credit card ask them to recover the payment as it's not as described.
If it was bank transfer again see if the can recover the payment stating possibly fraud and the above, possibly...
