Have you checked all the pipe work around the turbo just a tiny leak will upset the sensor’s , did they remove any pipes when changing the gasket they may of inadvertently knocked one of I had similar problems an it was a tiny vacuum pipe with a broken lock tab an mine threw up a cam chain issue...
