Quick update. The whistling is happening because the cover on the driver's side wing mirror is slightly loose and there must be a tiny air gap. I'm going to experiment with some electrical tape today.
Potentially silly question. It has been many years since I last drove a diesel car. Do I still have to turn the ignition to '1' and wait for glow plugs to heat up before I start the engine in my HDi RCZ? I've been doing it because it's what I have been taught but I wonder if it is still necessary?

Hi all. Husband and I just picked up our red RCZ HDi yesterday, and we are already in love with it. I had a bit of a panic getting the latest maps onto it - I turned the UK into a green rectangle, but the latest firmware sorted that so we are all good.
