I thought I would share some pics of what I found with the throttle body removed. Hopefully this may assist someone in the future. As you can see the hole in the end of the vacuum actuator arm has worn down to the point where it has almost broken right through - no wonder it fell of the crank...

Don’t worry - I have finally found the issue ( with assistance from YouTube) and it’s a daft one. Basically on the throttle body but hidden on the engine side there is a plastic linkage that is a push fit onto its’ shaft - it had fallen off…

I think I just found the answer in a.thread from October - 1.8 litres.

My HDi has just given me the warning at 135k miles, which seems to be in line with the prediction above.

Thanks Verminator, My mechanic can do the ECU reset no problem. I just need to order the right bottle/pouch of gloop for him. Do you have any idea how much is needed for a full fill - I’m hoping a couple of litres is sufficient.

Hi, My DPF additive (Eolys) needs filling - I have the light. can anyone confirm whether the RCZ has a refillable tank or uses pouches? I am assuming it needs Eolys Powerflex - does anyone know for sure?

That’s spot on thanks - I have now received the part from Tomo Motor Parts. A tip for anyone with the same problem - remember to also order the two clips that hold the panel on... Part # is 6105YH. Yes, I forgot! :rolleyes:🤣

No, not the diffuser - I guess you are looking at the one from Midland Bumpers on eBay. It’s the smaller panel that goes in the large rectangular hole in the middle of the diffuser and under the fog light. Thanks for your reply though - appreciated.
